View Full Version : diff routines on diff days

Hi -

I've been doing the PE program for about five weeks now. Personal consultatoin gave me the girth routine, three days on, one day off. I wonder, however, if doing the girth routine for two of these days and the normal intermediate routine one of these days might be more effective, as it includes diff exercises and works a little of the length exercises in.
Any ideas?

Could work, PE is all about finding out what works for you. I say give it a try and see how effective it is for you, no harm can really come from it.

mz23: after about 5 weeks of doing PE, you should already have a good understanding of the program and its exercises.

You should be pretty comfortable at assauging your goals and about what to do to achieve them. If it means varying the routine around, experiment and see for yourself if it works. Only you will be able to know this!

The routines are just a guideline to get anybody started, giving people something to work from, and to get to know about the various exercises and what each is to benefit the user in their own ways. After a while, you will probably begin to experiment a little bit, see what works and what doesn't (or as effectively), and generally to change the routine from doing the same thing repeatedly. Usually this will stimulate your willie into new growth!

I see no reason whatsoever to not go ahead with your ideas, after all, I've rearranged my routine, too!

What works for you, will work only for you, as everybody is different in their abilities and successes!
