When I do the long shlong exercises, I stretch pretty far, but I don't feel any pain or discomfort at all. I don't even feel the stretching sensation that I would feel if I was stretching a muscle. The free consultation said that I should feel some minor discomfort, but if I stretch any further, I'd be really using some strength and it would seem exessive. My question is: Is anyone getting good results AND not experiencing any pain, discomfort, or blood spots? Thanks.

unregistered: first of all, doing exercises while experiencing pain should be avoided. You don't want to really damage yourself and putting your PE on hold until you recover from injuries. :(
The goal of PE is to perform exercises safely and effectively, not irresponsibliy and with no regard for your health whatsoever in the pursuit of "getting a bigger one"! Although we want the results right now, it takes time to achieve the results. And to realize results means that you have to apply a program of PE that will stimulate you to grow. To grow, you must somehow break down the cells, and tissues, and skin, and etc. That's the purpose of the exercises.
Now, to get the most benefit from any exercises in PE, you will have to obviously put your penis under a lot more stress than it is used to. This then allows all the broken down cells, tissues, skin and whatnot to recuperate and heal.
To answer your question of getting results while not experiencing any pain, discomfort, etc...sure, you could. But, think about this for a second, this analogy:
Say you want to build your arms up at the gym. You pick out a 25 pound dumbell and proceed to do curls. You don't feel any pain, or discomfort, or any lactic acid buildup when your muscle gets fatigued. You rest. Then you go back and do it again. The cycle repeats itself. You may notice your arm looks slightly larger than before. Great. But, what if you start lifting a 35 pound dumbell?
You will most likely feel discomfort and maybe even pain. At the end of the exercise your arm will be pumped up with blood and be even larger (for a while).
Taking this over to PE, if you just keep stretching, feeling nothing at all, and jelq so-so, expecting it to work because you feel you are avoiding the discomforting feeling, then I will guess to say you will probably gain very little, although you will gain some.
In order to regenerate new skin, tissues, etc, they must be put under more than normal stress. And this is accomplished by stretching the ligs until you do feel a bit of discomfort, and is accomplished when you jelq with a degree of moderate pressure where afterwards you feel sore and pumped up from the blood being forced in, and on and on. You get the picture!
Don't go through the motions, you're only fooling yourself. You have to put some hard effort into it to get results. That's what the days off are for, to recover and heal, and gain.
You may reach your goals, but they may take a while longer to accomplish!
Not to sound to harsh, but, it's what you have to do. Do it safely and responsibly. If you do experience pain, stop and continue later, whether it be the next day or in a few minutes, whatever.
Let us know how it goes, eh? :)

Tigerbartlett, your above response makes a lot of sense and for me, put this program in perspective. For anyone who has ever seriously done any workouts or bodybuilding, it should be easy to recognize that the process is the same, just with a different application.
I came to that realization when I started back on my pe program about two weeks ago. Thanks to several of the posts sharing modified programs, I did some modifications of my own. After achieving some pleasently surprising results after a good workout as described in various posts by members of the forum i.e. penis feeling thick and heavy, blood vessels standing out, etc., the light bulb went on! Thanks again for the confirmation! I believe I am seeing results in length and girth, but its only two weeks into this session for me, so I refuse to measure until after week 4.;)
