I thought I should share my success with the program after jst one month.
Before I started I had the following stats:
Flacid:- 4 3/8" length, 3 1/2" girth
Erect:- 6 3/4" Length, 5 1/4 girth
After one month my new stats are:
Flacid:- 5 1/4" length, 4 1/8" girth
Erect:- 7 1/2" Length, 5 5/8"girth
I am delighted with the results, the glans is also visibly bigger altough I never thought to measure it. I have just used the basic beginners program but have paid special attention to the warm up. I use a wet flannel heated in the micorwave (be careful when you first take it out - it can be very hot!) I heat it twice for both the warm up and warm down. I do 4-5 reps of the longshlong streches and then 10 minutes jelqs and 2-3 minutes of the horizontal movement.
I have done mostly 2 days on 1 day off although I had a bigger break when the red spots became quite prominent. I found that Petroleum jelly helped to remove them.
So stay relaxed and with the program it works. My goal is to break the 8 inch barrier for erect and 6 inches for flacid.

I'm proud to announce to all members here that after a month of exercises I've gain 1" in length and almost nothing in girth. My theory is that my gains in girth had been used to fill the length gains ('coz I've gain almost a 1/2" in girth in flacid and semi-erect state).
I start with 6" in length and 5 1/2" in girth, and I have now 7" in length and 5 1/2" in girth (all this measures are in erect state, that's what really matter).
I'm now facing a dilemma... this because I've reach the target I propose myself to reach in length, but not my target in girth.
Should I stop the streching exercises and concentrate myself only in the jelq exercises? There is any problem in only do the jelq? What workout, do you vets, recommend to only work the girth and without working the length?
I appreciate any help on this little doupt. Thanks in advance.
P.S. - I almost forgot... the program really work :)
P.P.S. - Thanks tigerbartlett for the head exercise you give, it's great and I start to see some results.

Wow! those are awesome results! I'm a newbie and would like to know about the intensity level when you'd perform jelqs. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being weak and 10 being strong), how would you describe the intensity level when you'd perform jelqs?

I believe horizantal movement is for girth gains mostly. So you can continue with those. Also Jelqs give girth gains as well as length. Would it be terrible to gain more length?
I have a goal of 1 inch gain in length that would take me to 7.5" Although If I get there quickly I would probably go to 8"
I think after 8" you are most likely going to send women running the other way.
I read somone post that doing Jelqs with a more erect penis will give you more girth gains than length gains to.
So my suggestion is doing Horizantal movement and Jelqs.
I'm a newbie though so if I am dead wrong someone speak up.

hey andybass, when u jelqed or stretched, did you use alot of pressure?? like squeeze ur thumb and pointer finger tight around the penis, when jelqing??, i've never experienced red spotting and i'm wondering if i'm being not aggressive enough when doing my excersises.

There are differing opinions on this one. The faq suggest not having an orgasm for 3 hours before or after PE.
This is because the penis sorta deflates after such an event. After PE I like the way it hangs heavy in it's flacid state. So I don't mastrubate on my PE days, the next day I can still admire the effect.
But then again I wouldn't let it prevent me from having sex, I can pass on mastrubation any day but if there is a willing woman involved then I'd go for it.

Really, the choice is yours to make. If you are wondering about the effects of sex after your exercises, you could do your PE earlier in the day.
Do remember though, that after all the streneous exercising that you have put your penis through, you will be at a lesser capability to produce "results", or perform, with your partner, as compared to having sex on an off day of exercising! Your penis will be a lot more fatigued from the exercises.
