i have been doing PC flexes for over a year now and cant get the spongy body under my penis to really stick out when im hard. i would also like my penis to point up a lil when im hard like it does when i flex my pc muscle. this is my current routnie i do 2-3 times a day.
(15) 3 sec hold then a 20 sec hold
rest for 30sec - 1 min
then do 3 more of these
(15)5 sec hold then a 30 sec hold
rest for 30sec - 1 min
then do 2 more of these
(15)8 sec hold then a 40 sec hold
rest for 30sec - 1 min
then do 2 more of these
if anyone has a great pc routiene that they konw works can they tell me??
