I thought I saw a post reguarding this about a few weeks ago, but I couldnt find it.

Are you able to instead of doing a video, take a picture with measurements, and do a written testimonial?

hi. in a word yes. that is what i did last year, thay sent ma a form in with an email
i filled that in took about 5 pictures, did an audio of what the product did for me,
on a floppy disc, and sent it back to them, first calss post.
and that worked for me to get some pill's with.
