I've done penis enlargement programs before and they've never worked.

I got a free consultation and Darren suggested I work out 30 minutes 3 days on 1 day off. I work from 7am to 8pm and go to the gym afterwards for about an hour and a half so I don't have that kind of time, unless I want to lose sleep.

I was wondering if I can experience gains at a moderate pace while working out 10 mins at night, in the shower or something.

Also, is it possible to split a workout to two times a day, say do 10-15 minutes of a few exercises in the morning and then do the same at night?

Thanks in advance.

In response to your suggestion of doing PE for about 10 minutes at night, whether in the shower or not, yes, you will experience gains, albight lesser than if you devoted a full session as that suggested by your consultation. If you can spare 10 minutes at night, I am pretty sure that you could find the extra 20 minutes to do a more thorough session of PE.

It might take a little longer to experience results by doing only 10 minutes a day, however, results also depends on what types of exercises that you perform for your routine and also the degree of intensity is a factor as well. So, if you pick some exercises, ones that cover the basics, and are using some moderate degree of intensity, like a bit more than would be used for in a 30 minute session, you could conceivably and reasonably expect the same results as if you did 30 minutes, I think! I don't really know, I'm just guessing here!

Since this is the route you seem to want to take, I'll leave the results of your experiment for you to inform us whether or not it works for you. After all, PE is really about finding what works for you, right?

As for splitting up your routine into two sessions, I personally wouldn't do it for the simple fact that I would now be limiting the healing and regenerating capabilities that come from resting. You would probably end up hindering this healing time, making your healing during resting less effective.

I personally go for a hard session of PE and then rest until the next session, whether it is the next day, or even longer (an extra day) depending on how intense the workout was for me.

Let us know how you do, eh? :)
