Having sex and using PE?

I have a steady girlfriend and I was wondering If having sex with her on the same days that I do my workouts will effect my gains? Does anyone know if this could be detrimental to possible gains? Thanks to all who respond. =)

Try to use common sense. I don't know when you and your lady tend to get it on, but try to do PE on the opposite end. PE in the morning, fool around at night. Some people claim that the +/- 3 hour rule doesn't effect then, others have claimed that it does, that's why I always say to be on the safe side follow it.

I did read about the +/- 3 hours and will follow that. I will try to give myself as much time as I can on either end of my workout, thanks turtle.

are you allowed to try for a baby while you are on the program? will taking the pills effect the baby in any way?

The pills contain legal and approved herbal supplements. Everything contained in these pills can be purchased over the counter. Obviously, not in the same blend as the pills, but still the same herbs. None of these herb have ever been linked with any kind of birth defects or they wouldn't be allowed on the market. I know that brand new things are not always tested quickly, but the content of these pills have been around for awhile.

You can try for a baby while your using PSP- and they may help as they do encourage more ejaculation and harder erections.

I wouldn't take them while trying for a baby..the drug hasn't been around long enough for them to see anything..just look at some drugs that are approved and have been around for awhile, and they don't know any bad side effects until years later.. I wouldn't jeopardize an innocent baby's life in any way. Don't do it man, it's not that important if someone can possibly be hurt.
