Hello all!!
noob here...i'm 23...just started this exercise last week...wish i woulda known this when i was younger

anyway....i was currently at 5.5" erect last wk when i started...now it looks like i've already gained at least 1/4 of an inch in length, if not 1/2..looks more like 1/2"....is that possible in such a short period of time? i've only done these exercises 4 times.
btw, i'm not complaining :p

my routine consists of:
warm up 3-5mins
stretching about 5mins
long schlong for about 5 mins
jelq for about 10mins
stretching for 5mins
long schlong 5mins
stretching 3-5mins
warm down 3-5min
i do quite a bit of stretching...and i'm doing 2 days on and 1 day off....i'm looking to gain at least 1 inch in length by the summer and another inch by the end of the yr...i'm hoping this sudden gain this past wk isn't a fluke

Hey Vital

Glad to have you aboard man! You have some really great gains, half an inch is amazing! Are you measuring BPEL? That is most accurate because you're pressing right into your pubic bone everytime... so you won't vary each measurement. If you did get half an inch though, that's really awesome! But remember, after your "beginner's gains" you're gains will slow down quite a bit.

thanks! yes i used the BPEL measurement...and thats wat i was afraid of, a good spurt at the beginning and a decline of gains afterwards =(

this the thread i started when i first got into PE....hate to admit it but i've been really off and on...mostly off

now i'm trying to get back into it and decided to dig this thread up to see wat my starting point was....i went from 5.5" to 6" now

guess it wasn't tooo bad of a gain for not really doing much PE...i hope to be more dedicated this time around...my goal is 7" - 7.5" :)

hey vital, i was just browsing through your routine and i was wondering how you do the stretching exercise? any help would be greatly appreciated
