Hey tvillase,

There is a very good thread in user product reviews on the extender by "Greetings". Have a read, very informative and honest and should answer most question. I have not measured myself yet, but I am amazed at the visual difference to my dick after 4 weeks, averaging 6 - 8 hours a day.

I've been using the device for a while and the noose is a pain (still no gain either). I dont have any issues about it slipping off the glans but moreso that the noose pops out of the grooves on the device.
How do you stop it from popping off from the device?

When I put the noose into the grooves I stretch it so it thins out then I put it in the groove and let it go. This seems to get it in very well and I haven't had a problem with them falling out at all.
