hi. been doing pe for about a month now. while no real measurable gains to report, I am optomistic that it is headed in the right direction. my concern/question is about the girth at the base. seems all exercises involve squeezing the base to trap blood in shaft. doesn't this in effect constrict any possible growth in the shaft. lately i've been doing mostly ferrarri mega pumps and slider blasters which really queeze the base and has caused bruising around the base wear I grip. i take this as evidence that while the rest of the penis is expanded during the jelq variations, the base is not. anyone know of exercises that would help base girth or have any insight as to my concerns? it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Reverse trap jelqs are used to help the base. They are described in the advanced technique forum.

Doing reverse jelqs will also help. Just stroke the penis as you would in a jelq, just in the opposite direction.

Hi mihall33,

penis - health describes the basic exercises. The advanced exercises are not shown on penis health but are described in detail in the advanced exercises forum on this site, mens-network.com. Both sites are affiliated.

Hope this clarifies matters ;)
