Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding doing multiple stretching routines per day.
Currently, I am doing two 15-minute stretching routines per day. Usually there is anywhere from 2-8 hours in between them. At times, I do three 10-minute routines, if I find that more convenient (such as during bathroom breaks). As a side note, I'm on a 3-on 1-off 2-on 1-off PE schedule, and I usually jelq for 30 mins somewhere in the day, in between the manual stretching.
My question is this: as far as stretching is concerned, is it better to have one long 30-min session, or is it okay to split it up into two or more smaller sessions?
My reason for splitting them up, other than convenience, is that after about 10-15 mins of stretching I no longer feel much of a stretching sensation, no matter the force I exert. So I figure, after that, I'm not getting much of a workout, and get discouraged.
What do you guys think? You length gainers... has anyone had good results from splitting up their workouts?
Thanks kindly guys,
Michael P.
