I've been doin bundle twist tuncia stretches, and long schlong heli's, as well as stretching with my base pulled back without twisting, i do this for quite a while, 3 sets of around 20- 40 reps depending on the exercise,
Also, I've applied the base hold to my jelqs, so now i only jelq while pulling my base toward me, doing about 200 each time,
Does this sound like a good length targeting work out?
Also I've been using a hose clamp and part of a t-shirt sleeve to clamp my base nicely, i pull that toward me to get the stretch and such,
Any suggestions, I've been putting in quite some time to this,
Sometimes I PE for 2 hours,
Any other length exercises that i should look into?
Or suggestions?

How sore are your ligs afterwards? How about the next work out are they aching a bit or what are you feeling in that regards?

Well, its weird, I did quite a tiring workout of just tunica stretches not too long ago, and I felt a good sore, I like that cuz its usually meaning its working for me, that was with the clamp. Yesterday, I did 2/3 tunica and 1/3 without the clamp, the 1/3 focusing more on pulling out the base, today i'm not that sore :confused: i also haven't masterbated in atleast three days, which is abnormal for me even when PEing, i've been thinking about getting into hanging very soon......

Thats cool. The sore does feel good. But dont overdo it dude. sometimes you gotta rest to rebuild.

Your routine sounds good but try adding some girth workout as well and make sure your penis gets sufficient amount of rest.
