No masterbation and sex when starting PE?

I just started PE yesterday. Should I stop masterbation/sex when starting? I read it somewhere that one should stop it for a week when starting PE. Is this true?

The short answer is no, masturbation is not ok before, after or during the excercises.

Do not masturbate to orgasm 2-3 hours before the excercises or 2-3 hours after. Because if you do, your bloodflow decreases and the hormones that are generated by your body in a state of arousal also subside, this generally impacts your gains in a less than positive way.

well guys' hormone rages all the time. It's kind of hard to resist especially when you haven't done it for long time and you have hot girlfriend, :D . Just make sure to cut the masturbation to less and make sure that it is not done few hours prior and afterwards.

you can't expect to get results soley on the pills and patches. They may work but you should combine them with exercises.
