Try the sit-down stretch. Basically you grab your dick and pull it between your legs and up your crack. Hold it there while you sit down on it. Hence the name sit down stretch. Sit down on it for 10 mins or so while browsing this forum, and it'll grow your flaccid length ;)

I sometimes keep it for 2-3 hours there - is that okay? Is that the only way to increase flacid lenghth?

You'll gain flaccid length from just doing any length exercise (long schlong etc), but the sit-down stretch is for people who want it FAST. Sit down, shutup (kidding!! lol) and watch the gains come! :D

wouldn't any kind of length exercise gain for both flaccid and erect length ?
or will sit down stretch only gain flaccid length and does nothing for erect length?

I'm guessing on this one, but basically I agree with your thinking. What I am guessing relates to how your flacid length changes constantly during the day. It depends on heat, sweat, type of underware, how you feel, in other words a bunch of crap. My thinking is that since the sitdown stretch is a slow ,long, and low intensity event that what it real does is sets your penis in the longest natural flacid state that you have. In other words the daily flucuations are minimized. In other words you really haven't increased your size, but it seems like it because your hang is better. I have no idea if what I just said is true, but it does at least provide an explanation.

i feel like it depends...if its cold & i'm kinda in a shrinkage state, then i would use a warm wrap
