I have been doing some of the exercises for about 3 weeks. I have not noticed any improvement. i am 63 years old but in very good health. Does my age make a difference?

Unfortunately my friend it will have an effect on your gains. A person younger with more testosterone, sex drive, and better bloodflow is going to make gains quicker. You might want to check into some sort of supplement like the patches. I have some and they really do wonders. If not than just keep up the work, there are others here around your age and have made gains. Post your routine so we can take a look at it.

bobberann don't worry just keep at it. Besides doing these exercises is good for your penis's health. It's like goin to the gym is good for your body's health. Also, I'm not sure about girth but I've heard that length gains are sometimes easier for older people as the ligs are easier to stretch out.
