Well I made another post about stretching and not warming up, but I was also questioning the effectiveness of a towel or shower. Ok I used to run track, and my track coach would always say "Never stretch cold". And so we would have to run at least 2 laps to a mile before even stretching, then begin our intense workout. Well the reason why he said this is because stretching cold would leave you open to tear your muscles, and also wouldn't be as effective anyway. Well to the point, shouldn't that apply with the towel then directly after, doing long shlong? It just seems as if the towel doesnt promote enough blood flow to go directly into stretching. Maybe change routine around to do all of your "power" exercises first, then stretch after a hard days work. My body tells me this because my workout is Towel, LS, Jelq, LS heli, Jelq & hold (I jelq & hold even on basic jelq), then PC. But PC workout seems to feel like my dick is going back inwards and makes me want to stretch after to keep my hanging feeling. In other words, it is kinda like doing curls with dumbells or somethiing, and your biceps get tight and compact. Then you would stretch after to remain flexible, but still have strength. I know this might confuse some, but is it me or does it seem like it makes more sense? Please give feedback.............

i use a warm towel as a warm up only to literally get my cock "warm" & loose..then i go into doing light stretches and gradually work into more intense stretching...and work from there

also, i do most of my pc workout during my other exercises...especially when jelqing

After stretching, then jelqing & pc-ing, do you want to stretch again?

Consider it like this the 2 laps before stretching is the "warm cloth". Doing the long shlong targets the "Ligs" anyways so a warm cloth really doesn't warm up the ligs as well as say a hot shower. That is why I do my warm cloth, my girth work "jelq, ferraris, HM, and squeezes" than I hop in the hot shower, do half my pc work while the hot water is running over my lower abdomen and penis, than continue with my stretching routine. After I am done stretching I do the rest of my pc work.

I would say it is more of a personal choice once you have some time in doing the exercises. It is like any exercise, you work into set, starting light and increasing intensity as you go.

You should be warmed up before you do any sort of stretching. The best way to warm up would be to use the hot wrap/soak the light stretches. Skimping on the warm up will not only prevent you from getting the most out of tyour stretches, it'll also make it likelier for you to suffer some sort of injury.
