Hi guys,
Just wanted to start a thread on this debate, the same questions on this issue are being asked in so many different threads and some are being answered and some arent and people that arent being answered are getting unhappy, but if they read all the new posts and threads, they would see that answers have been provided! PHEWWWWW!!! :D

So for the record!!

I think I was one of the first posters on the tension debate so I want to put my opinion on the issue out there first.

The directions are very clear in the manual, If used as per the directions, you cannot go wrong!!! Eventually, when the device exceeds your current BPEL. The stretch will increase to the point that penis resistance will compress the springs and so you will see the force exerted by the springs against the resistance, is measured in the notches marked on the rods - Simple

Being the curious and experimental type that I am, I always like to try and discover ways to shortcut or improve on systems and procedures. It is this nature that has opened this can of worms by my reporting on an experiment that is NOT covered in the directions on how to Correctly use the device.

Please guys, take my recommendation that you stick with the directions. If you are the experimentaL type like me, please be concise when posting on your findings to minimise the amount of misinterpretation that inevitably follows ;)

Cheers
Daz

Hey daz how are you? Well I have been using this traction device now for 6 months. I am really happy with it so far. My device length is now over my bpel. I just finally figured out the whole tension thing thanks to you and AL!!!!!!!! Big thanks to you guys!!!!! After I put the traction device on, I adjust the tension screws so that I maintain the 1200 grams of tension. I sure does help now, because I am not adding axes any more until I screw out the tension far enough that it looses connection. Then I will add .5 cm axes. It makes it much easier to put on the traction device because the device length is a little small, so I can strap the silicone band on much easier. I do have a question though, how many time should you adjust the tension during a 2 hour period? When I first put it on, I will adjust it to 1200 grams. 30 minutes later my tension has changed, either because the silcone bands are slipping or my penis is strecting. I have adjusted it before about 3 times in 1.5 hour time period. That seems to be the amount of time that I can handle at that tension. I don't think that I could go 2 hours. What tension are you at Daz? and for how long of time period between breaks? Well good luck to you daz!!!!!!!!!!! and good luck to all fellow traction users!!!!!!!!!!

Torsion is definitely something that should be used with caution. A lot of men report injuries when doing PE exercises that require twisting. I believe that we'll be seeing a lot of new exercises involving the safe use of torsion in the near future :)
