Just done my first exercises today. Went well. I am really looking forward to seeing gains.

Can anyone tell me what is the average gains for this program?

I dont think there's an actual limit on how big you can get... as long as it's realistic (not like a 2 foot long dick with a girth of a foot).

But obviously the bigger you want to get, the longer it will take.

I myself have seen around an inch gain in the first month, and .25 of an inch in girth.

Just make sure to be persistent in your excercises and to do your PC flexes.

Welcome zandorian!

The thing about PE is that it is pretty much an ongoing process. I think that if you asked around, pretty much everybody would say that they have kept it going without really quitting. And there are also people that have quit PE, for sure. These would be the people that would be able to answer your question better.

Besides, it is hard to quit doing something when you are having so much fun doing it! :D Thus, it would be a hard question to answer as everybody is gaining all the time, whether it be minimal or otherwise.

Set realistic goals, ones that are achievable and within reach. It makes for less stressful time and you will enjoy PE rather than trying to force the damn thing to sprout like a beanstalk! Imagine all the severe trauma and anxiety that comes with an unwanted and bad injury! Not knowing what to do, or how to find out about the injury and its consequences and how to treat it, leave it alone or whatever, is pretty hard to come to terms with! I know because I myself have gone through some minor injuries and am just letting you be aware that the possibility of injuring yourself is real!

So, best advice I can give you that is just starting out is to be careful, ease into the program, and use common sense by listening to your penis (if you could really do that, eh?) Have a good understanding of the technique of how to perform the exercises.

And probably the most exciting part of PE is getting to see the results after all the hard work that you have put in. PE is the real deal! :D

Keep us posted, eh?
