Hello.
I would like to share a problem of mine here and probably get some feedback that could help me.
I am experiencing a problem of not being able to pull the foreskin off the penis head while an erection. Although I am able to do it when there is no erection. The skin at the very end (probably 1mm away from the end) appears to be too tight to let the penis head go through.
Also if it is taken off before the erection it is causing pain while the enlargement of the penis and the penis head.
Once again - the only visual thing to say about it is that the skin appears to be to tight to let the penis head go though.
Could anybody help me please?
Thank you very much in advance!

I had that problem and went to see a Dr about it. He gave me the medical reason (I cant remember what it was now) but needless to say he advised me to get circumsized which i did. He cut too close to the glands so I lost alot of the sensative skin up there but it was still worth it i think. If stretching the skin apart daily does not help then see a Dr and get his advice. (My nephew has the same thing as well and he is scheduled for the operation)

Thanks for the help!
How was the operation? How is it after the operation? Were there any hard times about it? (after the operation) Do you know any cases when daily stretching could fix the problem?

Any good/bad points about the circumsizion? I mean are the sexual feelings as efficient?
I need help for a decision on this :(

If your condition was like mine was any streatching of the skin causes pain and cracking of the skin. The operation went smoothly with no complications. It took a little getting used to being circumsized but i like it a hole lot better then before. Before i was embarassed to show a woman my penis because everyone i knew wasnt like me. Now i show it off as often as possible. If i chat online with some old friends (girls) i offer to show them and of course they want to see ;)

No one can make the decission to get the opperation but you so talk to a dr about it and make sure if you do to talk to the dr before the opperation and let him know to leave as much of the sensitive skin as possible... you will love it afterwards if you get it.

I would say that it was more sensitive before then now but it still feels great! :)
Pro is I like the way it looks now compared to what it did.
Con is loss of some sensitivity but im still glad i went through it.

yeah, it definetly sounds like you need to get circumcising, i had the same problem, it called 'phimosis' by the way, i got cut and have no regrets about it, only wish i got it done when i was younger, also no loss of sensitivety.....only very sensitive when walking around, rubbing against pants... but that goes after a few weeks, i was unable to have sex until i had it done so i say go for it!

Here's an informative link that covers phimosis, adult circumcision, and "buried penis" syndrome: http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic2873.htm

I had the same problem but I found that the only way around the problem was to consistently stretch the foreskin back. Use some form of skin cream and start of slowly. First whilst flaccid several times a day, when you go to the toilet is a good time and pull the skin back slowly as far back as it will go. In time do this when semi erect and move on to full erection. Over a period of time, touch wood I have no problems pulling my foreskin over my erect penis head. I remember when I first starting having sex my foreskin would tear (not evertime) which of course the pain aside would require a few weeks of healing to recover.

On a side note I recently bought the Size Genetics Extender and because you have to pull your foreskin back to apply the noose I have found that it has really helped to loosen my foreskin even more so those days of pain are a long gone memory!

Hope this helps

I've had a complete phimosis; I couldn't pull my foreskin over the head, neither in flaccid, nor erect state. Then I decided to get a circumcision, although not a complete one, afterwards my skin still covered my head when flaccid. I suggest you to get circumcised as well, since it's not only more hygienic, it reduces the danger of getting penis cancer.

well I tried stretching it back and it would only tear my skin and not stretch at all so I think it depends of a person - I mean it doesnt work for everybody
However the last post really helped me out - I didnt know you could get half circumsized, still be able to cover the head but have the narrow part of the skin cut away!
thanx a lot, I think it's my case and im going to have to do that.
