I was wondering rather than wearing the device for the hours suggested, could use it as a substitute for the stretching portion of your regular manual PE. In this case could you put it on at a comfortable yet longer than normal erection length for short periods of time (10-30 mins) ?
The theory is shorter duration more intense stretching versus longer periods less stretch.

I personally dont think that would work. I mean for just plain old lig and tunica stretches manual is the way to go. It will get you a better stretch with less complication. The whole point for the traction device is to get your body to adapt. For this to happen you have to have the traction device on for long periods of time. I think if you try your theory you will realize you wont get the stretch you want without the device coming off or cutting off circulation. It would be better to just do a manual stretch routine and wear the device normally.

It would work, but up to a certain point. The SG is not designed for high tension loads. Attempting high intensity stretches with the SG is very uncomfortable.

Please comment on the following routine:

10 minutes of jelqin
10 minutes of horizontal

then I was thinking of wearing the SG device for about 3 hours a day. That is really all I could get away with.

Any advice is welcome.

PS: Using only the manual excercises I gained 2/8" on length and 2/8 on gorth my 1st month. no pills or anything.
