Will these exercises work with pro sol pills?

Can someone please help me, ive just actually started taking t pills and was wondering if these exercises will help me gain. Ive looked around and these seem the most organised ones ive seen, any feedback would be great, the link is and its the Total penis solution workout im thinking of doing. I was also wondering if taking only 1 of the new pro solution pills is enough to get a gain? and wether it was better todo the exercises before or after taking the pills. Thanks again.

If you do not exercise the pills will not work!
