well im sad to say that im a below ave guy :mad: and decided to give this a chance to help me out. i already used vig-rx for 3 months wit no gain at all, been off for about 2 months now. anyways i ordered the 4 month pack of PSP but i want to start the exercises before i get the pills. i decided that im gonna do the 35-40 beginners workout plan. then work my way through the different 35-40 min plans.
my question is how many reps should i do per exercise for the alotted time given?? also, how long should i stay at the beginners level before moving on to the next plan and then the next? also when is the best time to exercise, before or after work?? i work second shift 1:50pm - 11:30/45pm
btw i dont know my exact measurements but im nearly 6" long hard dunno the girth or flaccid length but i want to be around 7.5" to maybe 8" depends on how i feel as i go though this transition.
so you dont have to look up the times for the exercises

pc flex basic-5 (equals 35 mins plus 3 min warm up an 2 min warm down, 40 total mins)
