well im sad to say that im a below ave guy :mad: and decided to give this a chance to help me out. i already used vig-rx for 3 months wit no gain at all, been off for about 2 months now. anyways i ordered the 4 month pack of PSP but i want to start the exercises before i get the pills. i decided that im gonna do the 35-40 beginners workout plan. then work my way through the different 35-40 min plans.

my question is how many reps should i do per exercise for the alotted time given?? also, how long should i stay at the beginners level before moving on to the next plan and then the next? also when is the best time to exercise, before or after work?? i work second shift 1:50pm - 11:30/45pm

btw i dont know my exact measurements but im nearly 6" long hard dunno the girth or flaccid length but i want to be around 7.5" to maybe 8" depends on how i feel as i go though this transition.

so you dont have to look up the times for the exercises
long shlong-8
jelq-10
power stretch-6
horizontal movement-5
needling-3
pc flex basic-5 (equals 35 mins plus 3 min warm up an 2 min warm down, 40 total mins)

Basically, for the first two weeks limit your stretches to 15 seconds each. then for the next four weeks use 20 seconds. Then move to 30 seconds per stretch. Just devide things out with the time and you will know the number of reps needed. On the jelqs, about 3 to 4 seconds per jelq. Then just figure out the Reps.

thanks for the info man... is there any "best" time to exercise, like i said before, before work, as in after i wake up? or after, as in before bedtime?

The best time is the time that you can accomplish the workout on a consistent basis. I think morning is probably better, because then it's done for the day, and if the opportunity arises later in the day to get laid then PE is long done.

cool, thanks again... i'm jus tryin to get everythin in order so i can get quickest gains possible
another question though, when i start takin my pills should i do PE before or after i take em, or does it not really matter??

I am taking the pill after exercise, and sometimes half an hour to 1 hour before sex, or sometimes 1, because my bottle is of 1 a day( the new formula I think), but I think it not really matter, I think before is also nice, I did that also, but I'm just 3 weeks on the pills..... but I gained nice, like I hoped, I think you're not going to be disappointed by pro solution, and btw good that you started the ecercides already, remember keep up the blood flow of your penis.

i got same pills, the "extra strength" ones. should be in monday, i hope to see gains pretty quick with the combination of PE and the pills. what you guys think of doing PE mon-fri and takin the weekends off??

Not ideal, but you do what you need to do. I'm pretty sure that Falcon does a Mon to Fri schedule and obviously he's managed to gain a tad.
