Hi. I'm doing both the size genetics device and regular PE routines. I am following reccomended rest routines on PE. I haven't seen any specific reccomendations for rest using the size extender. I noticed on your advanced routines that you specify 5, not 7 days, indicating two days of rest a week.
Should I be taking rest days from the Size Genetics device? If so, can anyone tell me how many, and how the PE rest days interrelate with Size Genetics rest days?

For the PE, I am following a two day on / one day off PE routine of 40 minutes per session. I do a Power Stretch for 10, a V-Stretch for 10, a Jelq for 5, a circular stretch for 5, and a 5 minute warmup / warmdown. I am on my 5th week, or 31st day, of my routines.
On the extender, I am doing 9 hours a day, adding a new piece every 7 days. I am on my 3rd week of the extender (20th day). This was the schedule specified by adromedical, the manufacturer of Andro Penis.
Sound OK?

Theoretically since the SG is a long and slow, process and effect, rest days are not as big of an issue. PE is shortterm and intense, and the rest is important. I would follow the normal 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off for the PE schedule, and then use the SG extender as often as you can. If you can wear it everyday, and you want to, then give it a go.

Thanks for answering my question. I'm having good success with my program, though I am relectant to post my gains as I feel I screwed up my initial measurements by not measuring the first week from the pelvic bone. A shame because this is definately working for me. I was hopeful, but now I am stunned.

Are you using your SG on the same days that you're doing your manual work? If so, that could be overkill. See how the tape measures after a few weeks- that's what really determines whether or not a routine is effective.

as a man that wieghs 135 lbs. and 5.7 ft tall I have a waist size of 28-30, I'm at about 6.50 -6.75 in. erect (not official) would 8in be over kill for my body frame?

hey harold I like your routine It's very similar to mine let me know your progress in a month (if you don't mind) oh yeah I figure It's time to get some real measurments done since I haven't done it in a while. I just need to learn the definitions so that I can post them correctly. can someone break those down to me please. or tell me where to find it.

8 inches would appear HUGE on a 5'7" frame- especially at your weight.

thats my goal. I would love to get to 10in. but I also want to be realist. the last thing I need to do is set myself up to fail.

I'm just over a month now. I've added 1/2 inch on my erect length(maybe a bit more - My first two measurements weren't from the pelvic bone. Based purely on the measurements I wrote down, I gained an inch) and 1/4 inch on my girth.
I'm taking a full rest day from everything tomorrow. My penis is chaffed and needs some repair. Don't repeat my mistake - make sure those first measurements are done the way they say to do them in the forum.

I do every thing but the device. mainly because I just can't afford it. do you thing I should implament that as well. do I just have to have it.

Say, daddylongleg, IMHO, you're squarely in the average range right now. 7 1/4 inches would put you bigger than 80 - 90 percent of males. I don't see the female side quoted much, but it was my understanding that the average vagina is 8 inches long. If you're longer than that, it would mean you'd be banging into the cervix of about half of your sex partners. A MAJOR turnoff for the chick, I understand. Personally, at 8 inches I'd begin to focus on girth over length. Make 'em all happy!
Does anybody know more about female length?

Say everyone, I did my own research. Turns out the average unexcited vagina is 3" to 4". When excited it can expand up to 200% of that. Also, when excited, the cervix will move out of the way to avoid collisions. That means foreplay is important to get the cervix prepared to avoid the big boy.

well what I do for girth is make an 'ok' sighn with both hands one at the base the other under the head and slowly but firmly have then meet in the middle. i do two set of 100 is that an ok exercise for girth?

How long do you hold each rep?

I work my way up to 10sec with every 100 reps. the first 50 are at five, the next 25 are at 8seconds the last 25 reps are at 10 seconds. I get vians bulging just like in my arms when Im workin out. they bulge like that when i'm rock hard too. it really turns her on

I've never been able to go about 50 squeezes (at 5 secs. ea.) If tthe routine you're using is working, then great :) If you plateau, try doing less reps with more intensity.

3 months to add 2" in L, 1"+ in girth.
