View Full Version : Routine seem good?

Just changed my routine. Figured after one month, it would be good to include some new exercises. I'd really like to get opinions on this, especially the veterans like Big Al... Advice on the way my routine is organised (order of the exercises) or anything else. Here it goes:

Wake Up Cloth: 3 mins
The Squeeze: 50 reps
Pressured Shlong: 8 mins
Power Stretch: 6 mins
Standard Jelq: 10 mins
Long PC flex: 4 mins
Wake Up Cloth: 2 mins

Comments? Suggestions?

You may want to keep all your girth exercises togather, and all your length ones togather. Moving from stretching to girth made my workout harder, that is why I do my girth first than length. You may want to start out with the jelq first as well, before doing your squeezes. This will expand the penis more and will make the squeezes more effective. Just my thoughts though.

Yea bro its a good exercise but I tend to do my stretch exercises at the start then do my girth because for one you usually need lube for the girth and cant get a good grip after that and the other problem is girth requires partial erection and stretch needs to be completely flaccid, thats my opinion anyways its definetely intence enough.

There it is! Glad to see you modified your routine. As project moss said it may be difficult to get a grip, simply jump in the hot shower as a cool down, and get all that lube off than stretch..
