I have been using the Penis-Health program for a good 3-4 weeks. I have also been using vig-rx pills. I do the warm up, the long shlong for about ten minutes with added pc clamps, and I also do the jelq for about ten minutes a day. Then i use a warm cloth to warm down. I am circumsized but seem to have more skin then in the videos. I have seen an increase in my flaccid state but my erections seem to be weaker and tired. I have no seen any gain in erection length which is what I care about. I want atleast an ince as quick as possible. Does any one have a program that worked quickly for them, atleast for the first inch? Also does anyone know how to deal with the excess skin. I usually do these excersises five days a week. Thank you.
