Hello, I am a new member, and I have a question about the PC Flex exercise. I am able to flex my PC muscle, but I seem to only be able to do so for a second, and my penis jumps up and then immediately falls back down. Am I doing something wrong, or do I just need to practice more with the exercise? Has anyone else experienced a similar issue at any point in time?

You need to flex it more, the more you flex it the stronger it becomes. Also try holding it, and doing the weighted pc flexes would help too.

The more you exercise it, the stronger your PC muscle will get, and the longer you'll be able to hold it up. Don't exercise non-stop though, your PC muscle will need a break otherwise it won't heal, so it won't get stronger. It just takes time, so exercise regularly, and rest it regularly, and it'll get stronger! :sm29

hey start doing really quick short PC flexes. Try to get up to 50. Then try holding for a second and repeat. work your way up to more flexes and longer holds

Yes..i Agree With The Others...flex It More...don't Worry About Reps Or Seconds At The Moment...just Worry About Holding A Good Long Flex For As Long As Possible Until You Eventually Get Better ;)
