In my 3rd week , and just moving to begineer 25-30 mins work out. How many PC flex shd I be doing?

Also the work out plan says do the pc flex after cool down. Is this ok?

As far as I am concerned the PC flex has absolutely nothing to do with your PE workout as far as time. The PC flex is something that is done in addition to the PE routine. Try to do at least 6 sets of 50 reps of flacid flexes during the day. After a month or two of this do a search for "PC killer" The killer is intense, but when you are comfortable with 300 reps this is the next step.

See the work out routine states that wake up is followed with Pc flex and so is cool down.
Would I be correct if I said that I would do my pc flexs at other times of the day and my PE work outs will exclude the PC flexs?

I know what the routines say, but trust me, the pc flex is something that you do multiple times per day as something extra besides your routine. Of course do some pc flexes in your routine, for example do them frequently during your jelq set. Just take the pc flexes as a necessary given for overall penis health.
