Just strech the hell out of it until your ligs feel a consistent workout and take PSP religiously with your PE program. :sm21

A Hidding penis does not hang in front of you...When you push the skin around the penis down, your penis will come out..therefore acting like its hidding

i have a similar problem where my penis shrinks to where its almost hiding but not all the way. I'd consider getting a traction device so your penis will be used to being elongated and wont hide anymore. Check out the sizegentics device, it looks the best outta all of them.
