not boned pressed i'm right above 6''. If I bone press I'm near 7''. I have a layer of fat around the area and I would like to burn this off. This is probably the simplest way to gain inches in my honest opinion. Stretching ligaments and stuff takes time but burning off fat.. we can all do that too. So what are some exercises that can isolate that area to burn off this fat?

Take redline it's probably some of the strongest things out there for fat burning, run a shit load and instead of eating drink slim fast. Overall you'll loose a bunh of weight. Most likely 8 pounds a month. If you do that. It's some serious stuff if you keep taking your redline like you would the PSP, that is religiously

Great idea man!

I think your NBPEL after you lose heaps of fat still wont be the same as your BPEL. I'm an athletic guy, barely with a fat pad at all and my NBPEL is about 1cm off from my BPEL (2/5ths of an inch). Still, its an awesome idea to lose weight! But I don't think it's worth doing it unnaturally ie, not eating. Eat healthier, and exercise, and PE too. You'll be happy with the results!

Just my 2 cents

Cardio is the only way to Burn fat.
First thing in the morning before u eat anything do cardio and you'll lose more.Your body burns more fat right after u wake up due to the fact that it is still in the sleep state.once u start moving around your body looks for energy and it will go for the fat for it.If u eat before then it will go for the meal.Drink lots of water through out the day to help your body burn fat as well.Small meals not big ones and eat 4-5 small meals a day.Do ever go hungry and never get full.Look at food as energy not as a enjoyment.
Becare with fatburners, they are not for everyone.

actually while your sleeping your matabolism is very low so your not burning any fat, when you wake up eatting a good healthy breakfast boosts your metabolism helping you burn more fat so you should never skip breakfast when you are trying to lose weight, i skipped breakfast to actually gain 11 lbs lol

You're not going to be able to spot reduce the fat around your pubic area (unless you have it lipoed off). Take in less calories than you use. Follow a low carb diet, and get you cardio in order. That'll do the trick :)

Yea, unless your extremely fat, you cant really reduce fat in your pubic area man. Besides it wouldnt really make your penis longer at all anyways, during sex when you push in the fat pushes back so its still the same length.

rideout is right, i've looked into this before. If you wake up and go for a 20-30 min jog, then come back have heaps of water, and stretch for 5 min or so to warm down, THEN have breakfast, you will burn a lot of fat quickly.

Not to say I've done it... I'm on holidays now so I wake up at like 10am most days and its too bloody hot to run, cos its Australia! :p

Well one fact is that you cannot isolate areas and lose fat from them. It doesn't work that way, you lose fat in the reverse order that you gain it, so the newest fat will be lost first and so on. One of the best things to do for fat loss is to to cardio, but the real trick is to have your heart rate within 75% of your Maximum beats per minute. If you can keep at a rate of 75% of your MBPM for 45 minutes your metabolism will be higher for up to 3 hours after your work out, and if you do it for 60 minutes it will be higher for up to 7 hours. Any more than that doesn't do much for you. To find your Maximum Beats per minute you take MEN: 220-your age = age-adjusted Max HR. So this means if you are like me and 21 you would take 220-21= 199* .75 = 149BPM. So 149BMP is my target heart rate to raise my metabolism.

Another tip is to consume the bulk of your starch intake early in the day. Your metabolism is highest in the early part of the day, so take advantage of that :)

would it be bad to take a fatburner like hydroxycut or redline and take psp at the same time?

Hydroxycut is mostly an appetite suppresant. I don't like it, that was surpassed by other products like five years ago. For staight fat burning liquid Redline.

thanks guys. I'm not obese, actually working on my 6 pack (was varsity swimmer in hs) but i dunno why i have a lil fat pouch down there. NEver really noticed it until I tried measuring bone pressed. I called my old coach and he reccommended leg raises which targets lower abs to get an 8 pack and inner thigh exercises. I'll post my progress. i shoulda posted my progress for pe gains because everyone is pming me how I gained an inch and a half in 2 months. Long story short, I dont care how much it hurts and pe has become an obsession (especially after I read all the success stories with psp and pe).

Just so everyone knows you cannot do exercises to get a six pack. You can strengthen your ab muscles but unless you have a very low amount of body fat (like 6-8%) you will not see your abs. There will always be a layer of fat over your abs unless you get your bodyfat down. You may have the strongest abs in the world, but unless your bf% is low, you won't see them.

Bodyfat is (one of) the bane of testosterone, btw.

If you want to have the tiniest penis possible, just forget about PE, and get as fat as you can. :sm27
