Has anyone encountered any issues from PE - i.e. lumps forming, blotches, pains, aches, etc. I just want to know what's common, normal, what to expect, what's no big deal, what's a minor issue, major issue, what am I doing wrong/right and so forth.
I think one of the fears of starting something new like this is the unknown. Say if a red blotch appears, or there is soreness, there is question or concern whether this is normal.

What's OK- pinpoint-sized spots, slight soreness, a "pumped" post workout feeling, greater than usual erectile activity.
What's not OK- larger than normal spots, excessive soreness, excessive swelling, chronic ED. Negative symptoms can be prevented by using moderation.
Increases in reps/intensity are the keys to making progress- just make your increases slowly and sensibly.

I have always followed PE with my slow and steady philosophy. End result, 2 1/2 years of PE without a single problem, and some very nice benefits. Injuries certainly are a possibility, but they are more likely from an overzealous approach to the exercises. Common sense usually keeps problems to a minimum.

The main issue that I have encountered through PE is soreness on the left side of my penis. I usually have this for a few seconds while jelqing. It occurs from either pushing in with my ring finger, or rubbing of my knuckle. Its pretty annoying, but I don't have pain after a workout, when having sex, or achieving and erection. Therefore I don't worry about it to much.

Been PEing for almost 3 years and I'm harder than ever.
Key to not getting injuries : Don't rush.
