scheduling masterbation haha

for all of you experienced users who pe'd on a somewhat strict schedule...when and how often do you feel the need to masterbate....

After not releasing for about 3 days, I feel like I'm not getting as much bloodflow...does anyone else feel anything like this?

i thought the longer i went without ejaculating the bigger my penis would get, but actually after so long it wouldn't reach its max (def not as much blood flow) and if i had of engaged in any sexual activity with my girlfriend it would have been over in like 20 secs lol so im not really sure how to go about this

You can actually masterbate every day you want to even on pe days. Many people say to leave a 3 hour window between when you blow a load and masterbate but others have had gains even when the masterbate directly after or before pe and it shouldnt have an effect on your gains at all. I myself have a very sexual girlfriend and have to pe on the same days im having sex and I still see gains so you can masterbate whenever you want. I myself try to follow the 3 hour rule.
