Hi Guys First post here, been reading and watching this forum for about two months now. I need some help. I’ve been doing the PE exercises for two months now, have seen some gains in both length and girth, the problem is I just can not get a full erection with out the help of some form of pills. I’ve used Viagra and some generic pills that both work, but I don’t want have to wait on the pills to kick in. I’ve been doing the length stretches for 20 to 30 min. 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off for two months. Girth for about 15 to 20 min. same schedule. PC exercises 5 days a week up to around 400 per day, but doesn’t seem to be helping the erection problem, can only get between 50 and 75 percent hard. I don’t know what to try, was going to go to GNC and see if I could find something to help but don’t know what to get, pills would be ok if it was something I took everyday as long as I could get 100% hard when I wanted, was really hoping the exercises would solve the problem. Any one got any ideas on what to try. Thanks

I think you should take a week or two off, to let your penis and your PC muscle completely rebuild itself and have a break. You've been doing lots of PC work, and erectile difficulties are a sign of overworking your unit, so taking a break will be good for you.

Do you think I should quit just the PC work or all

was really hoping the exercises would solve the problem.

The above quote leads me to believe that you were having some ED problems before you ever tried PE, and you were hoping that PE would fix the problem. How old are you? It could age related. Take a break like bigger suggested, but don't stop the PC work. As a matter of fact do a search for "PC Killer" Drop the PE for a little while, but try to perform the PC Killer at least 5 times per week. See if that doesn't help. If not, there is a reason for ED drugs, but a consistent PC workout should help.

Hi Man,

Do you think your erection problem could be solved only by PE exercises ? ... I don't suppose so, because your erection is controlled by your brain, not by mechanical devices or routines ... Maybe you are quite tired (it happens to everyone), too anxious ... I'm not a doctor, but I think you have to be cooler, and learn to be patient (we all are impatient while beginning PE training !)

Keep cool, you'll be rewarded soon !!!:)

I would suggest 2 weeks off. And in those 2 weeks don't look at porn or masturbate. Pretend you're a monk living in isolation lol. That should solve any erection problems.

Will the PC Killer do more good than just doing more PC flexes?

It is more intense, try it and see what you think of it.

I was having erection problems but ive improved alot over the last few weeks
Id stop using the viagra since your body become dependent on that for an erection. Try using the PSP or the cheaper substitute Arginmax (sold at GNC). Also a multivitamin on top of this will help.

Check out the PC killer routine, and just PC flex whenever you can remeber during the day.
I did this and now i am finally getting my erections back up to 80+%
