View Full Version : PC Muscle tired???

I've been doing my PC exercises for about two months.
I have now stablish the PC flex number in 300 reps per day (100 in the morning, 100 in the afternoon and 100 at night). But some days I feel that my PC muscle is somehow tired.
My question is: 300 reps per day is to much? Do I need to give it some days off (I forgot to inform that in those two months I never give a sigle day off)?

You are at a stage of being advanced in the PE program. 300 reps a day is NOT too much. And if you are comfortable with doing them everyday...you can. However, if you feel that you are getting tired, simply take a day of rest here and there.

I myself do 500 a day because it feels ok for me. But I do my 500 reps all at once. And I do take a day off at least once a week.

Anyone else have some comments or good advice for our friend?

I suggest you take at least one day off from the PC exercises. Muscles need time to heal. You don't want to end up with a sore PC muscle. If your muscle is tired, that's fine, as long as it doesn't hurt. Good luck with your program!
