3 questions for experts

Hey everybody i have 3 questions which i would be really glad if anyone could answer on

1. Is it safe doing penis enlargement, i mean does this lower my chances to get kids or anything?

2. Will i get any pains from this when i get older?

3. Can anyone recommend me a good "pe program" that really works and is easy to understand (english is not my best thing). I dont wanna take any pills tho
