I can't actually stay on my penis when i do this. My thumn slips off. Can anyone suggest how I can do this better?

I personally use a kleenex.

Just pull your foreskin back and wrap it around your head. This gives me a good grip and i can do any of the excercises that require you to grip your penis that way.

No, I don't have problems gripping my penis. I have a problem with using my thumb to put pressure on the top of my penis(and move it up and down)

My thumb keeps slipping off to the left.

this exercise is hard. I have to use lube on the thumb that i am moving along the penis, but make sure no lube gets to the head so i can maintain a strong grip. try pressing harder with your thumb and just try not to veer off to one side is all i can say! But this is definately the hardest exercise in my routine.

I have found this exercise gets much easier with practice. When I first tried it, it felt awkward and unpleasant, but now it is quite ok and seems a good form of stretch - I think you can press quite hard. It may help if you pull the foreskin back so you are not gripping it at the head - then the skin will more easily move up and down as you press.

I sorta do a modified version of the pressured long schlong. I dont neccessarily move my thumb straight down the shaft, i place it on the base for 2-3 secs, and gradually move up about 5 times on the shaft till i reach right under the glans, then i go back down the shaft using the same technique as before.

Sometimes I also place my thumb in the middle of my shaft and press down for up to 10 secs, rest then find another spot and do it again several times.
