I just created it. I am gonna start on it tommorow. I am also a newbie. I just finished my third day of exercises. What do you guys think? Is it too much?


The wake up cloth/5min
The long shlong/5min
The Jelq/5min
Pressured Long shlong/5min
Jelq and hold/6min
Long pc flex/4min
The wake up cloth/5min
PC flex basic/+++

its pretty much identical to the free consultation that people get when they put length as their priority, except instead of long pc flex you would have pc weighted.
