I am taking some time off from PE and I feel great about it,
I felt that during my month of starting PE that it consumed my life.
With school, homework and track practice, i felt that all my free time was dedicated to PE.
It is all I ever thought about too, every second of the day, how i wanted a bigger penis and would do anything to achieve this goal.
I also started looking at my penis every 2 seconds and this was a pretty bad habit.
The question is, how do you encorporate PE into your life withuot thiniking about your small penis size every second of the day and also not becoming tired of doing it all the time? The next time i start up shuold i use the 7-10 minute workout, or does that not do anything????

Man how does pe consume your life really when you think about it? Even if you use one of the max workouts its 30-40 minutes out of your day. Im pretty sure theres 24 hours in the day so if you cant put that in then u dont care about it enough and you shouldnt do it. In my opinion a 7 minute workout will take forever before you see any gains. If you cant spare half an hour a day then you dont care about it enough anyways.

I doubt changing your routine will get you to stop thinking about it, if this is infact a mental obsession that you have going on. I suppose you are just going to have to get your priorities in order, a big penis is not the key to a happy successful life. It can definately help, but penis size is not everything! If you get to your goal, all of your problems will not be solved. Think of this more as a self-improvement exercise, such as eating healthier, working out, reading more. I doubt you would obsess about those, so don't put Penis EXERCISE on a pedistal, it's just exercise.
It's a lot more than just exercising. Like any serious bodybuilder will know, what you do in the gym is only part of the lifestyle. Granted, it's the most intense, and enjoyable, but... it's what you do outside the gym that really makes or breaks your gains. Just depends on how serious you are about achieving results. And personally, if you're not really going for it, I don't see why anyone should bother.
Probably every man out there would 'LIKE' to have a larger penis. But, only a select few actually want it enough to do what it takes to really make it happen. Thus, they come and go.

Well said, if your not dedicated enough to make it part of your life, then it simply won't be. The biggest gainers have been at it for years. Just check out Momo's stats, wich I hadn't even noticed before ( nice job btw dude ). He started in 2000 and he's still doing it, and he has the gains to show.
Your just starting, so having it in your mind all the time is pretty normal because your excited about this new thing. But once you've been doing it for a while, it'll just be normal for you.

Excellent points guys.. I agree with all of you in a way..but Crunchy and Momo have very good points, it's like, Don't surround your life around your penis size, the gains will come.. but they will ONLY come if you are dedicated enough..
I personally had kinda the same obsession about my size, and still do, but I've been sticking with a set routine that I do every day, which I just started a few weeks ago, and I know that the gains will come with hard work and determination.. so just don't let it consume your life, but at the same time, if you want results then DAMMIT get Your Ass PE'ng
The whole key to it is getting a routine set up every day saying "Ok at 5pm I'm going to PE" just like "At 7 am I will wake and take shower" you know?
And when you have a routine set up, you'll have no excuse to put it off and it doesn't get done (unless your really injured etc.)
; ) Good Luck to ALL

Very good points all around, I take my PEing very seriously but only at the time im doing it. I never think about it any other time but then again im starting out with a BPEL of 7.25 The main point is not to think about it all the time because your penis size doesnt make you any better of a man or person, its how you are that makes you a man.
I've found it's easier to stay dedicated, when you actually focus on living a healthy, fit lifestyle, all-round. Not just PE alone. For example, if you look in the mirror and see a big slob that's out of shape, your energy level is low because you don't exercise, and you feel like crap because your diet is not so great, well, even I would eventually have a hard time staying dedicated. "What's the point? The rest of me looks like crap!" :sm25
Thus, the 'way of life' we're talking about here, is about health, fitness, and getting the most out of life. "PE" just being one (yet important) aspect of it.
Edit: Btw, as the thread starter mentions, though... I do agree it's a good idea to take a break every now and then. For maybe a couple of weeks, from PE. I've found that when I go a couple of weeks w/o PE workouts, I come back stronger, and more consolidated at the new size, ready to go further. Basically I'm 'recharged'. Maybe 4 or 5 times a year I do this. And one of those, I go 3 weeks.
