there is only 1 girth excersice available in the PE program I use, I feel like i am not doing enough b/c the excersie itself doesn't feel as if its helping. are there any other girth excersise that I might perform to help my growth ?

There are actually two: the Jelq (and its variations) and the Hor. movement. They both have an affect on girth. These should be adequate, however, if you feel that you are not getting any results, try doing a shock routine. I might point out also, that you have just started out, and that you need to give the exercises some time to see any results.
A shock routine consists of either increasing the intensity of the exercise or its duration. This should knock anyone off a plateau.
It is recommended to only do it once in your three day session, preferably the last day, in order to give yourself enough time to heal.
Like I said, give the exercises enough time to show its effects, before doing something different in your routine.
Just a word of advice, don't get too overly enthusiastic here, you'll only end up hurting yourself.

You could also invest in a PJ or a cheap copy of one. Some people have had really good success in the girth department with the PJ.
