Hey everyone, I have known about the PE process now for 3-4 years, but only have done it off and on, mostly off..but now I would like to get back into it again, I know how to do the manual exercises: warm up, stretching, 100 jelqs..I also have the X4 Lab Extender, plus I have a bathmate on the way..I also take L-Arginine and other supplements regularly, along with a centrum multivitamin everyday..can someone give me a good routine to use all 3 of these methods together,and in which order I should do them in (extender first, jelq, then bathmate..or jelq first, extender next and then bathmate..etc.) maybe even just the extender and bathmate, jelqing requires lots of bathroom time and privacy, which i don't have alot of right now so im really looking for some help here..i wear the extender for 3 hours everyday, Ive been doing this now for a few weeks, missing the occasional day to go out and have a few cold ones..lol..also I have been on the MOS site and the guys over there seem to think they have the best site, and more is better, just hardcore, personally I know for a fact that rest is the key to any exercise program so I think they might be pushing a little to hard over that way haha, anyway, any help on the matter would be appreciated, thanks in advance!!

Yes MOS is hardcore but the head guy Mike (DLD) is very knowledgable and reliable.
He would never lead anyone astray to get hurt buy injuries.
I also frequent the site as it's very informative.

DLD had a good routine posted using the Bathmate and extender along with manual exercises.

You can substitute the heavy duty manual girth exercises with Jelqs or Squeezes but keep the time lines he prescribes.

Also if time is a concern do your exercises at separate times. It sounds like you're able to wear the extender during work hours? If so do that then do a separate manual routine when you get home.
Do the bathmate separately if you have to but follow DLD's time recommendation of 20 minutes a day at 5 minutes a rep/ or time using it. This will prevent edema from becoming a problem with the bathmate.

Thanks for the response Anth, yeah I can wear the extender for as long as I need to because I can hide it easily, but as for the manual exercies thats pretty messy with the need to be nakid and have your hands full of baby oil, during the day I do not have the privacy to do such a thing. So what im thinking is just doing manual stretching first, wear my extender for about 6 hours a day, manual stretching again and then do about 100 jelqs with some advanced girth exercies at the end, and finish with some bathmate use, since I havent done the manual exercies in a long time and havent used the bathmate before, i will go easy on the pressure of course. I read that Mike (DLD) takes no days off, because taking one day off will lead to many more, I feel that was always my problem, once i took a break i just stopped all together, same with normal exercising, doing cardio and weight lifting exercies, taking days off just ruins everything for me so i think i will try taking no rest days, if you have anything to add just reply, i appreciate all the help i get, thanks.

BathMate recommends 6 days a week/ 20 minutes a time.

For girth I am a huge advocate of off days. I think doing girth everyday is counterproductive. I think your tissues need time to heal from intense girth workouts.

However Bib has a theory of no rest days for length work. I've experimented with that and found it to be productive for me.

I just bought a bathmate and I will be experimenting with it for the next 2 to 3 months.

I'll be doing 2 routines; a girth manual one and the bathmate.

I'll be following the 2 on 1 off; 2 on 1 off for the manual exercises and the recommended schedule by the BathMate company.

I'm going to have to forgo my length workouts for now.

the manual exercies thats pretty messy with the need to be nakid and have your hands full of baby oil, during the day I do not have the privacy to do such a thing. That sounds like a good plan the mix of different stretching techniques will work well and you should hopefully start to see gains quite quickly. If you haven't done the exercises for a while don't apply to much pressure and remember to give your self rest days so that you don't over work the penis.
