Traction doesn' t work

Hello,

I've read all the thread about the subject but it still doesn't work !! I got the felling that I'm not the only the one so I think there's a real problem in the conception of the product !! But it's no big deal because I still can increase the traction with the screws it's just that they don't come inside the cylinder.

So I want to say to all the people in my case stop tormenting yourself because it works even if these fucking screws don't come into the cylinder ...
