i have no more patience!
i am extremely happy for those of you who have found success in this program. I, on the otherhand, have been working devotedly for the last six months- five days on, one day off- and have achieved absolutely zero gains. In addition, i have been on the the penis pill (nitro herbal 2).
I have no more enthusiasm, for this is my third enlargement site.
Everyday
1. warm water soak for 8 minutes
2. stretches in all directions 8 minutes
3. milking the cow 15 minutes
4. girth exercises 2 minutes
5. head exercise 2 minutes
6. warm water soak 3 minutes
note: i no longer need to do pub flexes for those have worked extremely well for me since i started exercising.

Don't give up yet!
jon, Read the Interesting PE article posted on page 2:
It looks like maybe you should break down your workout into three days on 1 day off. You may be overworking a bit. I think doing stretches after the milking exercises is more benefitial, because as Darren has pointed out that after the milking your penis is a larger size. Try maybe cutting milking down to 10-12 minutes, but make it more intense as the article suggests. I used to go to a gym almost everyday thinking that I would gain faster... No good! I could not believe the difference it made by taking a rest day every two days. I became truly pumped up with minimal effort. The Penis is a muscle and it will grow and expand. Work it good, but don't Overwork it!!
Good-Luck

Five days! Yikes!
You gotta let it recover so you can gain something. The idea is to break the cells down so they can heal larger. So give them a chance to heal larger.
I do 2 on and 1 off, maybe I am conservative but it seems to be working. I have only been at it about a week and have found a slight improvement already.
As for the PC flexes, just like any other muscle, you use it or lose it. You don't have to build it up anymore then just do some to maintain it.

Yea, the above advice is correct. I was always told that you have to let it heal after working out because when you work out, you break down the bloodvessels and in order for them to grow, they need healing time. It makes sense if you think about it.
Also, eating healthy will probably affect your gains drastically. I personally have seen minimal gains so far but i'm at college and hopefully when I improve my diet when I go home and if I win the competition, the penis enlargement pills will help too. If you are as dedicated as you say you are, you should be able to get some gains eventually. Just give yourself some time to heal.

As with any exercise programs, rest days in order for the body to regenerate broken down cells and allow for healing is vital to the progression of your growth.
If you exercise day after day, everyday, with a break now and then, you are overtraining, leading to minimal, and more likely, no gains at all!
Also, eating a healthy diet in order for the cells to acquire the needed nutrients for repair and growth, is also a good idea!

if what you say is correct which i think it is--then why are there no rest days between pc exercises--this is a muscle being worked as well?

Okay, you can look at it these ways.
When bodybuilders go to the gym to work their muscles out to gain size, there is generally the accepted practice of weight-resistence training. And depending on the bodybuilder's body specific exercises and routines, reps, sets, time, etc, the muscle has to be shocked into growth by handling more weight. They have to lift weights in order to develop muscle. And then they need to have a rest period to let the body heal the broken cells before being able to exercise that same muscle again! Otherwise, no gains.
When you exercise your PC muscle, and if you can isolate it, and develop its strength by squeezing the muscle, you can better tone and strengthen it in this process. You wouldn't neccessarily build its mass up.
You can, however, exercise it to the point of total fatigue where you need to take a day or two off in order to let it heal, as well, if it feels very sore.
It is a recommended point to exercise your PC everyday, however, it does not mean that you will fail to develop your PC if you took rest days for your PC as well.
The only person who can tell you whether or not to perform PC flexes everyday is yourself, depending on how it feels! You can do them everyday, which is up to you, or you can do them every other day, which is also up to you! Use your discretion!
Just remember that we don't lift weights with our PC muscles. We just improve its tone and strength through flexes.
And if you want to, take a day off to rest your PC muscle. Nothing wrong with doing this!
