I know we have all seen the 80 year old couple who have been together since dinosaurs walked the planet, but chances are that won't happen with the bad relationship you are in. When a relationship is about to end you try to rationalize it. You try to put the blame on yourself and you will change.
You try to find out the factors that made the relationship go bad. That is nothing more than a waste of your brain power. Regardless if you know how you messed up, it won't change anything. If you want to break it down so that you can understand what you did wrong so you don't do it again, what until after the relationship is over.

If you allow her to break up with you, it will rock your world. It will put you into a deep depression and you won't give a shit about anything for a long time. Its not worth it.
If the relationship is going south, don't allow her to take everything you have emotionally. I tend to do this to myself. I get involved with a woman. Maybe I just want her for the sex or I am lonely and want someone to talk to. I don't have the intent on making it a long term relationship.
Before I know it she has dumped me. Now I feel like complete shit. She knew that all I wanted was sex and she wanted a man who was going to love her. I mope around for a few months, or at worst a few years.
I look like I just lost my best friend and my dog ran away. I could give a shit about anything in life. That is what a woman will do. That and the 25 cents will get you a country music song to listen to while you drain your sorrows at the pub.
Why put yourself through this? It is not worth it. It is pointless. Regardless of how good the sex is, after she dumps you, you won't get anymore from her. Regardless of who breaks up first, you are still not going to get laid. Sex isn't worth going insane over.

She never returns your phone calls. That is a dead give away. Do you need to be told anything more about this? She doesn't want to have sex. See the explanation up top. All she does is bitches at you.
You guessed it, this means its over. Pack your bags and look for another lady. She always has other plans. This is a polite way of saying, 'I want you out of my life'. Take the hint buddy, you will thank yourself in the end.
You don't deserve to be punished or to feel like shit. If you allow the relationship to go on too long and she breaks up with you, that will happen. Get some balls and tell her to take a hike. She can take herself and her tuna smelling crotch elsewhere to ruin someone else's life.
Never let sex come in the way of your mental stability. It will do nothing but cause you long term problems. You will end up one of these guys who are on tons of pills for mental problems who talks to themselves. If you are lucky you might even end up pissing yourself.
